Build a farming character

Fast map clearing is the base of almost every strategy. A character that clears quickly and safely earns more than a slow character that can kill any boss. Invest in movement speed, area of effect and enough defences to avoid dying, which costs experience and time.

Focus your Atlas

Choose one or two mechanics and invest your Atlas passive points in them, instead of spreading points across everything. Popular choices change each league, but the idea is the same: more of one mechanic means more of its rewards.

Sell smart

How you sell matters as much as what you farm:

• Sell currency and fragments in bulk — buyers pay more for large stacks.
• Price items using the trade site and current market data, not old prices.
• Sell league-mechanic items early in the league, when demand is highest.
• Don't spend hours selling cheap items; vendor or ignore them.

Flipping and crafting

Experienced players earn by buying items cheaply and reselling, or by crafting items others want. Start small, learn which items sell reliably and keep an eye on market changes. Crafting for profit is powerful but needs knowledge of modifiers and costs.

Avoid common traps

Don't gamble currency on low-odds crafts without a plan, and don't buy expensive gear for a character you might not keep. Divine Orbs are the main high-value currency, so think of big purchases in Divines and small ones in Chaos.
