How Mr. Gold works

A marketplace where gamers trade safely: buyers pay into escrow, sellers deliver, and our team steps in when something goes wrong.

For buyers

Find an offer. Browse by game and category, compare price, delivery time and the seller's rating.
Pay securely. Pay with your Mr. Gold balance (no fee) or another available method. Your money is held by Mr. Gold, not the seller.
Get your order. An order chat opens with the seller. Automatic offers are delivered instantly; others within the guaranteed delivery time.
Confirm. When you have everything, click "I received my order". Only then is the seller paid. If you don't respond, orders are confirmed automatically 72 hours after delivery.
Review. Leave a positive or negative review to help other buyers.

Boosting requests

Instead of browsing listings, describe what you need (current rank, target rank, server, options). Verified boosters send you price and time offers, you pick one and pay. Progress is tracked in the order chat and you confirm once the job is done.

For sellers

Apply to sell. Complete a short verification so buyers know you are trustworthy.
Create offers. Set price, stock, minimum quantity and a guaranteed delivery time. Upload codes or credentials for automatic delivery.
Deliver. You're notified of every order. Deliver as described and mark the order as delivered.
Get paid. Earnings move from pending to available when the order is confirmed, and can be withdrawn from your wallet.

If something goes wrong

Either side can open a dispute from the order page. Our support team reviews the chat history and evidence and either refunds the buyer or releases the payment to the seller. Read more about Gold Shield protection.
