Data we collect

• Account data: email address, username, profile picture and authentication data (handled by our identity provider, Clerk).
• Transaction data: orders, payments, wallet transactions, withdrawal details you provide.
• Communication: messages in order and direct chats, dispute descriptions and uploaded evidence.
• Seller verification: name, country and optional identity documents submitted with seller applications.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and a currency preference cookie.

How we use it

• To operate the marketplace, process orders and payments, and deliver goods.
• To prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms.
• To send service notifications about your orders and account.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Security

Delivery data such as account credentials and gift card codes is encrypted at rest. Identity documents and dispute evidence are only accessible to you and our staff. Access to personal data is limited to people who need it.

Sharing

We share data with service providers that help us run Mr. Gold (hosting, database, authentication, payments) and with the other party of an order where needed to complete it (for example your username and delivery information). We do not sell personal data.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count page views and measure page speed. They do not use cookies and do not identify individual visitors; data is aggregated.

Retention

We keep transaction records for as long as required by law and other data for as long as your account is active.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data and to object to certain processing. Contact us at support@mrgold.store to exercise your rights.
