Message the seller in the order chat first. If the guaranteed delivery time has passed, you can cancel the order from the order page for an instant refund to your balance, or open a dispute.
Don't confirm the order. Open a dispute from the order page, choose the reason and attach screenshots. Our team will review it.
Refunds are returned to your Mr. Gold balance immediately and can be used for any purchase.
If you don't confirm, delivered orders are confirmed automatically after 72 hours unless you open a dispute.
