When you pay, the money is held by Mr. Gold. Sellers only receive their earnings after you confirm the order — or automatically 72 hours after delivery if you don't raise an issue.
Every offer shows a guaranteed delivery time. If the seller doesn't deliver in time, you can cancel the order yourself for an immediate refund to your balance, or open a dispute.
Every account purchase includes a free 7-day warranty. You can extend it at checkout:

Open a dispute from the order page, explain the problem and attach screenshots. Our support team reviews the order chat and evidence from both sides and resolves the case — usually within 24 hours.
Trades done outside Mr. Gold are not covered.
