Seller rules

Listings

• Describe exactly what the buyer receives. No misleading titles, images or stock.
• Only list goods you own or can legitimately deliver. No stolen, hacked, carded or phished goods.
• Choose a delivery time you can actually meet and keep your stock accurate.
• No contact details, links or external payment instructions in listings or chats.

Orders

• Respond to buyers promptly and deliver within the guaranteed time.
• Mark an order as delivered only after the buyer actually has the goods.
• Never ask buyers to confirm an order before delivery or to cancel and pay outside Mr. Gold.
• For accounts, provide full access details and never recover a sold account.

Conduct

• Be respectful. Harassment and threats result in immediate suspension.
• Don't manipulate reviews or create fake orders.
• Cooperate with support during disputes and provide evidence when asked.

Consequences

Violations can lead to warnings, offer removal, withheld earnings related to fraudulent activity, seller suspension or a permanent ban.
