Stack your XP boosts
Double XP and Double Weapon XP tokens come from the Battle Pass, events and promotions. Activate them before long sessions and during Double XP weekends, when they stack with the event bonus.
Play objective modes
Objective modes such as Hardpoint and Domination give experience for captures and holding objectives, on top of kills. Large-map modes with lots of players, and 'playlist' modes with more action, also give a steady stream of medals and score.
Level weapons efficiently
Weapon XP comes from kills and time spent using the weapon:
- Equip the weapon you're leveling in every class you play.
- Use attachments that make the weapon comfortable, even if they're not 'meta'.
- Small-map or high-action modes give more kills per minute.
- Zombies and other modes may also give weapon XP — check the current game's rules.
Camo challenges
Camo challenges usually ask for headshots, multi-kills or kills with specific attachments. Group challenges that can be done together — for example, headshots while using a suppressor — and focus on one weapon category at a time. Mastery camos take a long time, so pick weapons you enjoy.
Prestige
Prestiging resets your level for rewards and bragging rights. Check what you'll keep and lose before you prestige, and save Double XP tokens for the next climb.
